e789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations. You may be required to verify your identity before making a withdrawal or at any other point determined by e789. Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a Pakistani passport, or another government-issued photo ID. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide verification documents within the timeframe requested by e789 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your e789 login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone, including e789 support staff — e789 will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact e789 support immediately at support@e789.biz. e789 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Use of e789 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age verification: e789 may perform age verification checks at any point. Players who cannot verify their age will have their accounts suspended until verification is completed. Funds deposited by unverified players will be held in trust pending verification and returned if the player is found to be underage.
e789 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit on e789 is Rs 200. Deposits made from payment methods that are not in your own name will be refused and returned.
All deposits are credited to your e789 account balance in PKR without conversion or additional fees charged by e789. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside e789's control and are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests on e789 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:
If you believe a transaction on your e789 account is incorrect, contact e789 support within 30 days of the transaction date. e789 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days of the transaction date may not be investigated.
Bets placed on e789 are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming. e789 will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described in these Terms. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. If a technical error results in manifestly incorrect odds being offered, e789 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to player balances.
If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, e789 will apply void rules in accordance with the specific sport's rules. For cricket matches abandoned due to weather or other causes, e789 will follow the official rules of the tournament. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's e789 balance.
In the event of a palpable error in odds — for example, odds that are obviously and significantly wrong due to a technical fault or human error — e789 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players who exploit obvious errors in odds are in breach of these Terms.
Maximum payouts per event and per day may apply. These limits are set by e789 and displayed within the bet placement interface. Any bet that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be reduced to the maximum payout amount or declined.
